- Storm Apparel Spray-On Water Repellency Proofer is designed to restore the water-repellent performance of technical outdoor clothing. With regular use, washing and exposure to the elements, the original water-repellent finish of a garment can gradually wear away. This spray helps renew that protection, allowing water to bead on the surface and run off rather than soaking into the outer fabric.
