The Black Diamond Expedition 3 is a compact, packable four-season pole designed primarily for ski touring and splitboarding, while also being an excellent choice for trekking, hiking, snowshoeing, mountaineering, backpacking, and year-round mountain adventures. The extended EVA foam grip provides multiple hand positions for greater comfort on varying terrain, while the three-piece aluminum construction and FlickLock® adjustment system ensures strength, stability, and fast, secure length adjustment. A straight-edge grip top makes it easy to scrape ice and snow from skis, while the tactile rubber "beak" allows for quick binding adjustments on the skin track. Combining durability, versatility, and a compact pack size, the Expedition 3 is built to perform in demanding mountain conditions throughout the year.
