The kit includes three interchangeable structure rollers: a 0.5 mm broken V roller optimized for cold, fresh snow; a 1.0 mm linear roller for general snow conditions; and a 2.0 mm linear roller tailored for wet, transformed snow. This combination covers the most commonly encountered snow conditions and allows the skier to fine‑tune the base structure for the day’s forecast.
After applying base wax and scraping/brushing, the desired structure can be rolled into the ski base. For best results, structured skis should be hot‑waxed again and polished, securing the texture beneath a fresh wax layer and maximizing glide.
