The Swix Racing Roto Wool XC is a merino wool rotary brush that allows fast and efficient wax application without the need for a waxing iron. This method is particularly suitable for harder waxes, including products from the TST series.

To apply the wax, first touch the rotating brush to the wax for a few seconds so it can pick up the product. Then work the ski base with light back-and-forth movements, from the tip towards the tail. For improved durability, Swix recommends repeating the process twice.

The brush can also be used for final polishing of different types of wax, leaving a smooth and glossy base. A drill operating at approximately 1500–2000 RPM is recommended.
