The Mammut First Zip 8 is a lightweight, compact children’s backpack designed for little explorers. With an 8-litre capacity, it provides space for essential items on walks, family outings and everyday activities. The model is intended for children approximately 2–9 years old, depending on the required capacity and individual fit.

The soft, anatomically shaped shoulder straps help provide carrying comfort. A chest strap with an integrated whistle helps keep the backpack securely in place, while the shoulder straps can be joined together to form a convenient handle. Wide handles on both sides make the pack easy to pick up and carry.

The large main compartment offers room for clothing, snacks and other essentials. An internal mesh zip pocket and two external zip pockets help keep smaller items organised. A Daisy Chain loop system provides attachment points for lightweight accessories, while the name and address label is useful for group activities and trips.

Made from polyester, the backpack features a PFC-free water-repellent treatment. A Mammut soft toy is included, adding a fun extra for young adventurers.
