Capilene® Midweight Bottoms are designed as a versatile baselayer for a wide range of winter conditions. They are suitable for skiing, snowboarding, hiking and other active pursuits, as well as everyday wear in cold weather.
The fabric is made from 100% recycled polyester with a double-knit construction. The unique dot-joint construction connects the two layers at specific intervals, creating airflow while maintaining warmth and durability.
The smooth outer face allows additional layers to slide easily over the bottoms. The fabric is soft, stretchy and moisture-wicking, helping move perspiration away from the skin and maintain comfortable temperature regulation.
A wide elastic waistband provides a secure and comfortable fit without unnecessary bulk. It is fast-drying and includes a practical locker loop for hang drying.
The gusseted crotch provides unrestricted mobility, making the bottoms particularly suitable for skiing, snowboarding, hiking and other active winter sports.
The construction uses minimal, low-bulk seams to reduce chafing and increase comfort during extended wear.
The bottoms have a Fitted silhouette that sits close to the body without being compressive. This helps optimize moisture wicking and makes them ideal for wearing directly against the skin.
