The mountain-specific hood details include a helmet-compatible hood with dual-point adjustment and Cohaesive® cord locks, while a Storm Seal gasket helps retain warmth and block out wind.
The two-way zipper is waterproof and coated, providing access to a belay loop. It features an internal storm flap and a zipper garage for comfort against the skin.
The two-way pit zips are watertight and allow efficient ventilation, while gusseted underarm panels enable full mobility without the jacket riding up.
Pocket features include two waterproof chest pockets (the left with an internal zippered stretch media pocket),two high handwarmer pockets that stay clear of a harness or pack waistbelt, one internal right drop-in pocket, and one internal left zippered pocket.
The storm-tight cuffs and hem feature low-profile cuffs with tapered hook-and-loop closures and textured polyurethane inner cuffs that grip securely to wrists or gloves.
