The Montbell Seamless Alpine Burrow Bag #2 combines reliable warmth, relatively low weight and compact packability. It is suitable for cold-season hiking, camping and mountain adventures where dependable insulation and convenient transport are important.

The sleeping bag features Montbell's proprietary Exceloft® synthetic insulation. It consists of three types of polyester fibers with different thicknesses that trap warm air and provide effective thermal insulation. The fibers are treated with a silicone coating to improve water repellency. The insulation retains its warmth when damp, dries quickly and recovers its loft after repeated compression and washing.

The seamless construction eliminates conventional stitching on the outer surface, allowing the insulation to maintain its natural loft. This helps reduce heat loss through stitched areas and minimizes the formation of cold spots.

The Spiral Stretch System is integrated into the inner part of the sleeping bag. It uses diagonally arranged fabric panels and stitching that allow the material to stretch naturally. This enables the bag to follow your movements without feeling overly restrictive. Maximum stretch reaches 114%.

The tunnel hood and shaped neck area help retain warmth around the head and neck. An insulated draft tube along the zipper helps prevent cold air from entering, while a protective component on the zipper slider reduces fabric snagging.

The model features a right-hand zipper and comes with a compression stuff sack for compact packing and convenient transport.
