The ultra-thin 4.5 mm sole keeps you close to the ground, providing precise sensory feedback and helping you maintain balance and stability throughout each movement. Micro-traction lugs deliver reliable grip while allowing the sole to remain highly flexible. The articulated toe construction encourages natural toe movement and helps support a more natural foot position during training.

A secure double-closure system helps keep the foot firmly in place, providing a supportive and locked-in fit during lifting, jumping and multidirectional movements. Lightweight and responsive, Groundsplay is designed to let you move naturally while maintaining the grip and control needed for demanding indoor workouts. The outsole uses Vibram EcoStep Recycle compound, combining dependable traction with recycled material content.

Designed for weightlifting, strength and circuit training, functional fitness and other indoor workouts. It can also be used for indoor treadmill running.
