The Kids' Hi-Loft Down Sweater™ Hoody is designed to provide high levels of warmth while keeping weight to a minimum. It features 700-fill-power 100% Recycled Down, made from a blend of recycled duck and goose down and waterfowl feathers reclaimed from previously used down products.
The outer shell is made from NetPlus® 100% postconsumer recycled nylon ripstop, produced from recycled fishing nets. The lightweight ripstop construction provides a good balance of low weight and durability, while the DWR finish, made without intentionally added PFAS, helps resist light moisture.
The warm three-panel insulated hood provides additional protection from cold and wind. Soft smocked elastic internal cuffs help retain warmth and prevent cold air from entering through the sleeves.
A full-length front zipper features a wind flap and zipper garage for additional protection and comfort around the chin. Side-panel construction provides a comfortable fit and freedom of movement.
Storage includes two zippered handwarmer pockets and an internal left-chest pocket that also doubles as a convenient stow pocket for packing the jacket.
Designed with long-term use in mind, the jacket includes a Hand-Me-Down ID label and repair patch, making it easier to pass the garment on to another child and handle minor repairs.
The jacket has a Regular Fit, allowing it to be worn comfortably on its own or layered underneath a technical winter jacket.
