The Patagonia Women’s Capilene® Cool Sun Hoody is designed as a technical layer for maximum sun protection and comfort in high-output environments. Constructed from 100% recycled polyester, the fabric features a textured interior that lifts it off the skin to improve airflow and enhance cooling. The generous hood with a button closure is engineered to fit over a cap, offering extended coverage for the head and neck. Sleeves are shaped for natural movement, while thumb loops and middle-finger loops extend protection over the hands. A zippered side pocket provides secure storage, and the minimal-seam construction reduces chafing during prolonged wear.
