Swix T1716 P‑stick Black are reliable polyethylene repair sticks (P‑Tex sticks) designed to restore the base material of skis and snowboards after mechanical wear or damage. The black color makes them well suited for base repairs where a darker material is desired for a more uniform visual finish.

To use, clean the damaged area thoroughly, removing any loose debris. Heat the P‑stick until it melts and drip the molten material into the scrape or gouge. Once cooled and solidified, trim off excess with a steel scraper or file and finish with an abrasive pad (such as Fibertex) for a smooth and even base surface.

This set of four sticks is ideal for enthusiast DIY repairs, as well as for professional tuners and race service technicians seeking a reliable and straightforward repair method for damaged bases.
