The Marmot Trestles Elite 50 is a lightweight synthetic mummy sleeping bag designed for camping, hiking and other outdoor adventures in mild to cool conditions. Its combination of recycled materials, practical features and compact design makes it a versatile option for both backpacking trips and campsite use.
The sleeping bag uses 100% recycled HL-ElixR Eco synthetic insulation, which provides a soft feel, good loft and reliable warmth while retaining its insulating properties even in damp conditions. Unlike down insulation, synthetic insulation is particularly practical for environments where moisture may be present.

The Trestles Elite 50 features a mono-material construction, with both the outer fabric and insulation made from recycled polyester. The outer shell uses recycled polyester ripstop for durability, while the plain-weave polyester lining provides a comfortable feel against the skin.

A full-length left-side zipper with an anti-snag slider allows easy entry and exit, while an additional short zipper on the right side provides extra ventilation and allows you to adjust the sleeping bag for greater comfort. Together, the two zippers create a more open, blanket-like feel when desired.

The sleeping bag combines wave construction on the upper section with blanket construction underneath the body. This construction helps maximise loft and warmth while providing a comfortable sleeping surface.

The anatomically shaped footbox uses a wrap-around construction that provides additional warmth while giving your feet plenty of room to move naturally. An insulated draft tube helps prevent cold air from entering through the zipper area and reduces heat loss.

For practical storage, the Trestles Elite 50 features an internal stash pocket, ideal for keeping small essentials such as a headlamp or other personal items close at hand. A compression stuff sack and storage sack are included, making the sleeping bag easy to transport and store.

The sleeping bag is ISO tested and has a recommended use temperature of 10°C, a comfort rating of 9°C and a limit rating of 5°C. The extreme rating is -8°C.
