From manufacturing all the way to the end-user, the internal RFID chips embedded in the cores of our empower™ skis provide access to a wealth of data. TORSION CAP CONSTRUCTION
Torsion Cap Construction reinforces the ski’s core with a cap, allowing for a very durable and lightweight construction.

3D CONSTRUCTION:
A unique manufacturing process creates our specific 3D surface geometry, based on our CAD design process.

POLYCELL CORE:
A PU-based foam core providing lightweight consistency and excellent damping. Pre-formed to our 3D-shape and reinforced with carbon and fiberglass to guarantee the maximum performance and ski feel.
