Lightweight Paulownia core is an ultra-lightweight wood core with excellent strength, offering great flex and vibration absorption without bulk. Perfect for touring skis, Paulownia excels both uphill and downhill.
Carbon and Rubber Inlay – A 600mm long and 15mm wide carbon fiber inlay protects the wood core from strong impacts, providing additional stability and vibration absorption under the boots.
Faction's Material Recycling – Faction mixes trimmings from the base, sides, and topsheet and returns them to the core production material, thus reducing carbon emissions while maintaining the same level of quality and durability. Raw materials are sourced from European companies near the production facilities, reducing the environmental footprint.
Bio-Based Resin – These skis are made with eco-friendly, bio-based resin containing 35% plant-derived materials.
XL Full Strength Sidewall – This construction adds protective strips along the core, shielding the wood, edges, and topsheet from impacts and damage.
