One zipper pocket, which also serves as a practical stuff sack for packed pants (minimum volume and weight).
Fly with water-repellent and two-way zipper.
Side water-repellent zippers asymmetrically positioned to the rear (elimination of damage) allowing ventilation and, most importantly the fit over boots (including ski boots).
Bottom of pant legs with adjustable circumference, wide enough even over ski boots without the need to open the zipper, with an additional securing hook for attaching the lower part to the lacing.
