How to become a member of the program?

• Create your own personal customer account in the Basecamp online store or physical stores

Creating a personal account in the Basecamp system is free, easy and fast. Online, you can do this by registering as a New Client by selecting the "Login" option from the top right corner of the www.basecamp-shop.com header. In the physical stores, you only need to approach a member of the team and ask them to create a personal account for you.

• Become a member of the Basecamp mailing list

Agree to become a member by selecting the “Subscribe for newsletter” check box when registering an account in the online store or filling out the form in the physical Basecamp stores when creating the personal account.

• Shop online or in the physical stores through your customer account

Do not forget to use your personal account when shopping at Basecamp - online this is done by logging into your account and then start shopping, and in the physical stores - before paying at the checkout, you must indicate your personal account, so the purchase is made through it. This way, every purchase you make at Basecamp shop will be transformed into a percentage that will come back to you.

What do you get as a member of the Loyalty Program?

• 3% of all purchases made by your account in one calendar year.

The percentage is converted into an amount that you receive in the form of a voucher. Voucher is issued in January for each previous year. The minimum value of the voucher is EURO 15.00 - in order to be issued, you must have accumulated a minimum amount of EURO 500.00 in purchases for the relevant previous year. The vouchers, issued in and valid for 2024, are non-transferable, do not apply to discounted and promotional items, and can not be combined with other discounts.

You receive the Voucher on your email address and can use it both in the physical and in the online Basecamp store. Online, you use your Voucher by logging into your personal account and when completing your purchase, you enter the promo code written on the Voucher in the purpose field. When using the Voucher in the physical stores, when paying for the selected items at the checkout, you indicate your email address with which you created your personal account in the Basecamp system.

The voucher can be used once only and is valid until December 31 of the respective year in which it was issued.

• 5% OFF on new and non-discounted goods

Shop the latest collections and non-discounted products from leading outdoor brands at a discount. 

In the Basecamp online store, you can use the 5% discount for new and non-discounted goods by using a promo code visible in yout profile page.

In the physical Basecamp stores, you can use the 5% discount on new non-discounted goods by specifying the email address with which you created your personal profile in the Basecamp system.

You will receive a promo code for a 5% discount on new and non-discounted goods after creating his personal Customer account and becoming a member of the Basecamp mailing list. The promo code will be valid until December 31 of the respective year in which it was issued.

• Access to member-only promotions

Be the first to benefit from discounts and promotions! You'll have the opportunity to upgrade and replenish your gear with plenty of stock and discounted prices. 

• Information during service campaigns related to equipment safety

Let us take care of your equipment! You will receive notifications on your e-mail in case of need for service, maintenance or inspection of equipment.
