The SCARPA Spin ST is engineered for runners tackling muddy, snowy, or otherwise soft ground, where every step matters. The upper combines seamless, sock-like recycled mesh with EXO structure and welded PU overlays for lateral support and toe protection. The collar is slightly extended to keep debris out, and there's a lace-lock system with a hidden pocket to tuck away lace ends.
Underfoot, the midsole is constructed with EVA (EVA-Cm) and offers a 4 mm drop for a lower-to-ground feel, complemented by a stack height of approximately 22 mm at the heel and 18 mm at the forefoot. The outsole uses Vibram Fixion ST / Traction Lug technology, with aggressive 7 mm lugs designed to bite into soft surfaces. Designed in Vietnam, this model emphasizes grip and protection more than plush cushioning, ideal for technical, wet, or muddy trails.
