We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, and Maestro. For this purpose, a direct connection with Paysera payment services, which is marked at a specific place on the WEBSITE.

ATTENTION! If you use this method, you automatically agree to pay for the order in advance before its delivery. You have all rights reserved regarding the order, as any other payment method.

After you press the button “PAY”, a new payment page by Paysera payment services is opened, where you enter your card details (card’s holder name, card number, expiry date, 3-digit CVN)

If you are registered for an authentication Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, an authentication page by your bank card issuer opens, where you enter your password. When the transaction is successful, a transaction note is visualized, which you print or save.

Please, make a note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if you have registered it for online authentication Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode and for any online payments. The maximum amount is 5000 EUR per transaction.

IX. Delivery

We offer free delivery to EU countries on all orders over 100 EUR. Delivery cost for olders bellow 100 EUR is flat 10 EUR. For any other destination please open a ticket using "Ask Us" form.

Who will deliver the parcel?

Deliveries will be shipped using a carrier based on the weight and value of your order. Once the parcel has arrived in your country it may be passed to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

How long will it take?

Timescales vary from country to country. Please choose your country from the drop down list at the top of this section for a guide of how long your delivery will take

Can I track my delivery?

It depends on which carrier is used when we ship the parcel. We'll send you a tracking link by email if one is available.

Will the recipient have to pay duty on the order?

Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation.

Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. Blacks cannot offer any assistance in these processes.

To help make sure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the EU, check the custom duty threshold of the country you're sending your items to, before you order, and keep your total basket value below that threshold.

Delivery Restrictions

Due to international carrier restrictions, certain products we sell may not eligible for international delivery. This will be detailed both in the item's product description and at the checkout stage if you add these items to your basket.

X. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days),the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days),and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How to return or replace item:

Send e-mail to support@basecamp-shop.com containing two names and order number, which will trigger the return and / or replacement procedure.

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request. The returning the message is only informative that your request is accepted.

Loayalty Program Terms 

1. Creation and use of Customer Account 

1.1. A Customer account is created in the Basecamp shop operating system, with the CLIENT providing: two names, an up-to-date email address and a phone number. When creating an account, the CLIENT must become a member of the Basecamp mailing list - by selecting the “Subscribe for newsletter” check box when registering an account in the online shop or filling out the form in the physical Basecamp shop.

1.2. The creator of the account in the "Loyal customers" program is XCoSports Bulgaria. The CLIENT instructs XCoSports Bulgaria to create an account under the terms of these General Terms and Conditions.

A CUSTOMER can be any able-bodied individual or any legal entity that makes retail purchases. BASECAMP may reject the request to create an account without giving reasons. An account created in the "Loyal Clients" program can be deleted upon receipt of a written request from the respective CLIENT to the email address: info@basecamp-shop.com or by submitting it to any of the physical Basecamp shops. BASECAMP reserves the right to remove and delete a CUSTOMER account without giving reasons. The Loyalty Program does not apply to wholesalers.

1.3. In order to take advantage of Loyalty program benefits, the CUSTOMER must shop from their account atBasecamp online and physical stores.

1.4. Loyalty program preferences and conditions:

  • The customer receives 3% of all purchases made by his customer account in one calendar year. The percentage is converted into an amount that the CLIENT receives in the form of a voucher. The voucher is issued in January for each previous year. The minimum value of the voucher is EURO 15.00 - in order to be issued, the CUSTOMER must have accumulated a minimum amount of EURO 500.00 in purchases for the relevant previous year. The voucher is valid for discounted and non-discounted goods.*
  • 5% discount on new and non-discounted products
  • Access to member-only promotions.**
  • Informing during service campaigns related to the safety of the equipment – the CLIENT will be notified in case of the need for servicing, prevention or inspection of the equipment

1.5. The customer account is private and its assignment is prohibited. Each CUSTOMER is entitled to only one account.

1.6. The creation of a customer account is done manually in the Basecamp system when it is created in the Basecamp online shop. When creating a customer account in the physical Basecamp shops, the creation takes place after filling out a paper form.

1.7. Creating a customer account is free.

1.8. When creating a customer account, CUSTOMERS agree to voluntarily provide their personal data required in the registration form (online and on the paper form).

1.9. When shopping in the Basecamp online shop (www.basecamp-shop.com),the CUSTOMER must use their customer account to make their purchases. When shopping at physical Basecamp stores, the CUSTOMER must indicate their account before paying for their purchase and require it to be made through their personal account.

1.10. Basecamp reserves the right to refuse the creation of a CLIENT customer account without notifying the CLIENT of the reasons for doing so.

2. Obtaining And Using Loyalty Voucher 

2.1. The Loyalty voucher described in item 1.4 of Preferences and conditions under the "Loyal customers" program is issued in the month of January of the year following the year in which the amount for participation in the Program and, accordingly, the amount specified in the Voucher is generated.

2.2. The CUSTOMER receives his Voucher at his e-mail address by January 31 of the respective year following the year in which the amount for participation in the Program and, accordingly, the amount specified in the Voucher is generated.

2.3. The CUSTOMER can use their Voucher both online and in the physical Basecamp stores. When using online, the CUSTOMER must log in to their personal account and, upon completing their purchase, enter the promo code written on the Voucher in the field for the purpose. When using in the physical stores, when paying the selected items at the cash desk, the CLIENT must indicate his email address with which he is registered in the Basecamp operating system.

2.4. The voucher can be used once only.

2.5. The voucher is valid until December 31 of the respective year in which it was issued.

3. Use of 5% Discount for New and Undiscounted Goods 

3.1. The 5% discount described in item 1.4. of Loyalty Program Preferences and Terms, applies to both physical and online Basecamp stores.

3.2. In the Basecamp online store, the CUSTOMER benefits from a 5% discount for new and undiscounted goods, by using a promo code that he receives on his email in the month of January of the relevant year following the year in which the amount for participation in the Program is generated.

3.3. The CUSTOMER receives a promo code for a 5% discount on new and undiscounted goods, after creating a personal Customer account in the Basecamp shop operating system and becoming a member of the Basecamp mailing list – as described in p.1, 1.1.

3.4. The promo code for a 5% discount on new and undiscounted goods is valid until December 31 of the respective year in which it was issued.

3.4. In physical Basecamp stores, the CUSTOMER benefits from the 5% discount on new and undiscounted goods by indicating their email address with which they are registered in the Basecamp operating system when paying for the selected items at checkout.

4. General Provisions

4.1. The valid and up-to-date General Terms and Conditions are always only those published on the Basecamp online store website: www.basecamp-shop.com

4.2. The CLIENT undertakes to notify Basecamp immediately, in writing, of any change in its email address or telephone number, name or company details.

4.3. Basecamp reserves the right to change the general conditions and the procedure for granting preferences. Basecamp reserves the right at any time to make updates and improvements to the benefits that a customer account provides, to temporarily suspend offers, discounts, promotions and other privileges made available specifically to CUSTOMERS with customer accounts due to force majeure, fortuitous events such as and due to technical failure. Basecamp also has the irrevocable right to terminate Customer Loyalty Program accounts by announcing this in a manner convenient to CUSTOMERS.

5. Personal Data

The participants in the "Loyal Clients" Program declare that they are familiar with and agree to the Privacy Policy of "XCoSports Bulgaria, in its capacity as a personal data administrator, publicly available at the Internet address: https://basecamp-shop.com/en/page/privacy-policy

These General Terms and Conditions enter into force from 19.01.2023.

 

**The accumulated amount is valid only for the account on which it was accumulated and cannot be transferred to another customer account.

**Customer profile preferences related to promotions do not apply to products that are on promotion. The profile discount cannot be combined with other discounts, except as expressly stated by Basecamp.
